FUND OPEN – ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

If you are a charity or grant-giving organisation who would like to partner with us and apply for a food or energy voucher for someone in need, please get in touch with our team at eatorheat@csupplies.co.uk to find out how you can register. You will then be able to log in and complete a simple application form and submit your referral.

We will process your requests in accordance with our terms and conditions and once approved, we will send the voucher directly to your beneficiary – either by email or SMS.

Vouchers available to choose from:

1) Food vouchers: these e-vouchers are sent directly to the beneficiaries email address, together with the instructions.

2) Energy vouchers: this voucher is sent via SMS directly to the recipient’s mobile number.

All e-vouchers show the validity period of 30 days and contain a link to help the recipient find the nearest PayPoint location to process their voucher.

The energy voucher can be used:

  • To top up the key meter / card meter
  • To use as a payment toward their energy bill (provided that the invoice/ bill contains a barcode for over-the-counter payments)

PLEASE NOTE THIS VOUCHER DOES NOT SUPPORT BRITISH GAS.
